Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of Nabdi as a patient, merchant, or service provider.

Acceptance of terms

By creating a Nabdi account or using any part of the platform you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and a resident of Saudi Arabia (or otherwise eligible to receive services in Saudi Arabia) to use Nabdi as a patient.

Your account

You're responsible for the credentials you use to sign in. Keep them secret; we never ask for your password by email or phone.

Orders

Product orders are fulfilled by the merchant. Nabdi processes payment, coordinates delivery, and supports you if anything goes wrong.

Service bookings

Service bookings are agreements between you and the service provider. Nabdi is the booking and payment intermediary.

Payments

All payments are processed by a licensed payment gateway. Nabdi never stores full card data. Receipts are available in your account.

Refunds & cancellations

Each service or product lists its own refund policy. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time are typically eligible for a full refund.

Prohibited use

You may not abuse the platform — including impersonation, fraud, scraping, or harassing other users. Violations can result in account suspension.

Limitation of liability

Nabdi is not a clinical care provider. Medical decisions are made by licensed providers; Nabdi facilitates discovery, booking, and payment.

Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Saudi courts in Riyadh.

Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms; material changes are emailed to your registered address.
